Who i Work With

I help high-performing leaders find clarity and confidence so they can feel fulfilled in their work.

My clients are typically at some sort of transitional moment — stepping into a promotion, raising a round, making a career pivot. They come to me seeking partnership on their most meaningful challenges: finding voice as a leader, making fulfilling and aligned career decisions, balancing ambition and presence.

At its core, our work is about developing a deeper, more honest understanding of your inner world than ever before, and as a result, helping you create a life you're proud of

About Ally

I arrived at coaching through operating—I’ve spent the majority of my career shaping early-stage tech companies in product leadership roles. Through building my own teams, I discovered that what I loved more than anything were 1:1s with folks on my team. I craved those moments where I could support someone in overcoming a hurdle in a way they were proud of. Those moments led me to coaching.

I'm certified by the Co-active Training Institute and have conducted over one thousand hours of coaching. Coaching is not about gurus or advice, it’s about powerful listening and courageous exploration together with a human you deeply trust.

Outside of my coaching practice, I advise early stage companies on product strategy, volunteer as a suicide prevention counselor for Crisis Text Line, and organize discussion groups for women about sexual fulfillment (needless to say, I don't shy away from challenging topics :).

how i show up to our work:

1.

I am honest and direct. I’ll tell you things you don’t want to hear if they are in service of who you want to become. I will call out your bullshit, lovingly.

2.

At its core, coaching is about listening. I will listen to you more fully than you’ve ever been listened to before.

3.

I will show up to each conversation ready to be in awe of you. I will help you see the best version of yourself and hold you accountable to that version.

4.

Coaching is meant to end. I aim to get you to a place where you can fly on your own and I’m here to support when you’re ready for your next level-up.

5.

I believe deeply in the impact of this work and invest in my own coach and therapist. My limitations become our limitations, so I’m fiercely committed to exploring myself honestly.
